James Malone, RN from 11 South was nominated by a family whose son went through a difficult hospitalization, yet Jim’s caring and personable demeanor made this time a little less difficult. The parents told us that:
"Jim was always willing to take time out to help us understand what was happening and help ease our son’s angst about being hospitalized, which was especially hard because he felt perfectly healthy." Furthermore, "Although staying in the hospital was very stressful and difficult, Jim’s days on duty were bright spots for our son."
