Everyone is wonderful and has taken great care of my brother. James stands out far above the rest for many reasons. My brother is slow and has a hard time understanding things. James spoke to him with respect and dignity, but in a way that he understood. He showed him warmth and caring, and I even observed him stroking his head to calm him during a procedure. This man is amazing!
