James took care of a young patient after heart surgery and was truly appreciated because of the excellent care he provided the patient and his family. The best part about his nomination was the quote Jim gave the family as the keys to recovery: "move, be positive and get out!" He inspired this family to move forward with a positive attitude and thus making recovery from the ICU something to look forward to and achieve.
