Words will never be able to adequately express my gratitude for the care and compassion you showed my mother and the empathy and understanding you showed me during this most difficult time. You truly embody the description that "nursing is a work of the heart". You went above and beyond what is required of you as my mother's nurse and cared for her as if she was your own! It is because of you that I was able to see and talk to my mom for the last time and that is a gift for which I will always be grateful. Your patients and their families are lucky to have you involved in their care. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom in the last days of her life. We will always be thankful and I know she will look down upon you with the same gratitude.
