James would always serve me with a smile. He knows I love that drinks and he gets it for me without being asked everyday. He spreads the cheese on my bread, knows it when I have pain. When I look nervous he reassures me that he is there to support. He is kind to the student nurse. He is a good hearted person. He keeps me informed every step of the way like the boost drink that is high in protein.
