James, without question, consistently led by example, keeping a calm and strong focus on his task at hand. James was very communicative when it came to medication times, reaching out to the doctor. He did his job with integrity. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. I also love the fact that he would take a few minutes to get to know me and introduce himself. He showed empathy and concern. His heart is pure.
