My 90-year-old mother became ill, and I brought her to the Short Pump Emergency Center. Reagan immediately attended to her and listened intently to both our concerns regarding her health. He took the time to explain and answer many questions.
Unfortunately, my mother had to be transported to the main hospital and admitted. Reagan consistently gave me updates on transport arrival times. Once the transport arrived, he came in to say goodbye to us. It was at that moment, after several goodbye hugs, that Reagan became family to me.
He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and competent.
