Our daughter was admitted to HMH when we met James. James was very helpful and listened to our needs. James was on top of things and made sure radiology and anesthesia knew of our daughter's delicate situation. James went out of his way to call and notify us of what was going on with her care and always came into the room to ask about needs. James came with us and stood with our daughter during her procedure, which showed us again, how caring and concerned he was. James did so much for our daughter. We are very thankful for his compassion and giving nature.
