James Rummel, LPN

James, LPN, went above and beyond. He was in my room checking on me every 30-45 minutes. He made sure I had everything and more than I needed during my stay. He also made sure my guest (sister) had everything she needed and wanted. He was happy, pleasant, friendly, and very relatable. If he didn’t know the answer, he found someone to answer my question. He made us feel at home. It showed in his hospitality that he loves his job and patients. He is the kind of nurse I would love to work hand in hand with. This man deserves the DAISY Award. He represents everything at Hillcrest that makes patients want to come back.
