I have worked with James for approximately 4 months. Wound Care had lost 2 nurses and Jim was the only nurse. He always has a smile on his face and is willing to help patients and staff at all times. He takes care of all the patients with no complaints. He is a hard worker and one of the best nurses I have worked with. If FMS staff ask him to come down and look at a wound, he is more than willing. All our patients love him and want him to be the one to take care of them at their appointments. I have never seen him in a bad mood. He is always willing to go the extra mile for our patients and staff.
In addition, several patients have had accidents and he has assisted them in the restroom, helping to clean up with a smile. He is a great asset to Kaiser Permanente.
