James Stephenson, RN

James is an incredibly compassionate man. When my dad was in the ICU on life support, it was a situation we had never experienced before. My dad, who has mild dementia and had never been hospitalized before, was often confused and agitated. During those moments, James would gently rub his hand or head and reassure him that everything would be okay. He also took the time to answer all of our many questions, always with patience. We never felt rushed or like we were a burden.

James is an exceptional nurse with a beautiful bedside manner. Future patients are fortunate to have him, and I will personally request him as long as my dad is here. Thank you, James, for helping make this overwhelming experience less stressful and more manageable.
