James goes above and beyond his efforts to provide excellent care to his patients, not only by his words but also by actions. He is an extremely caring person. He makes sure that his patients are comfortable and are receiving the best care. My wife was his patient in CCU and when she refused to drink water from the foam cup which was provided by the hospital, James went to his locker and got her bottled water from his personal stock. Also, he found out she likes Dunkin Donuts coffee and when he came to work the next morning he got her favorite coffee from Dunkin Donuts. My wife received the best care she could from James.
