When I started my treatment, many things happened in my life around the same time (just moved to Seattle, and changed jobs). The combination of lack of sleep and stress really didn't help my OCD: it forced me to ask Jim to reconfirm lots of things that he already explained to me multiple times. I am embarrassed, but to my surprise, he never showed even the slightest impatience. No matter how many times I asked the same question, he has always been glad to explain it again patiently. By so, I feel the service warm and welcome, I am relaxed and enjoyed every visit. Jim explained everything clearly every time, and for that, I’m very appreciative. It’s never easy to start treatment and have so many things going on in life, but when you have a nurse who is understanding and helpful it makes the process so much easier and that is what Jim did for me.
