Jametta "Jami" Smith, LPN

When I first started going to the Decatur CBOC, I was treated nicely. My care team was changed. After having Jami as my LPN it is no wonder why Veterans want her to be their LPN. She is, above all, kind, caring, very professional, and literally cares about her Veterans as if they are an extension of her family. She seems to go above and beyond. She begins each visit finding out how you are doing and listens quite intently while I go over any concerns. It feels like she takes your care and the results of your treatment personally. She makes things comfortable and genuine. A big thank you to Jami for everything she brings to the team and to the Veterans.
