Nurse Jami flew from Sioux Falls to Watertown to pick up our newborn and cared for him like only a mother can. We were fortunate enough to have her look over our little one the next day as well. She made us comfortable and was as genuine as a person can get.
There is a lot of talent in her hands and the way she can light up a room was both relaxing and relieving because I knew my little guy was in great hands. She always explained everything so I could understand.
I would like to thank her for making this experience so comfortable and warm. Only once in a great while do you come across a doctor or a nurse that wears a bubbly room-filling smile and exudes her knowledge in a way that completely makes your fears melt away.
