She went above and beyond what her duties were. I live in an abusive situation; she sat and just listened to some of the things I was enduring and offered me help. She wasn’t pushy; she simply gave me the info and gave me the choice to do what I wanted to do.

She offered to make calls, knowing I had no phone since the main abuser I lived with smashed it, and she asked me if I wanted to go back to my living situation. And she took the time to go over all other options. Jamie looked at my neck for the belt buckle impression and the bruises on my neck. She actually cared when I felt the doctor had just brushed me aside and told me to follow up with my primary care. 

She was really amazing.
