Jamie provided fantastic nursing as well as age-appropriate care during my son's hospitalization. Her nursing care and assessment skills were excellent. They were tailored to match my son's needs and age level. She was a fantastic advocate for his needs and medical care, particularly during a time when his diagnosis was uncertain. Jamie actively involved my son in his care. She spoke with him and not around him. You can tell that nursing is much more than a "job" for her. I am also a physician at Nebraska Medicine who works with many nurses and I can tell when there is an extraordinary nurse who goes above and beyond normal job expectations!
