I am writing to nominate our incredible NICU nurse, Jamie, for the DAISY Award. During our son C's five days in the NICU, Jamie provided exceptional care and support that truly made a difference in our experience.

From the moment we met Jamie, her warm personality and friendliness put us at ease in a very nerve-wracking situation. She consistently maintained a positive attitude, which helped lift our spirits during a challenging time. Jamie took the time to check on both C and us regularly, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed. Her attentiveness and compassion gave us the confidence to step away from the NICU for brief moments, knowing our little boy was in such capable hands.

Jamie’s dedication to her role was evident in everything she did. Her passion for nursing and her genuine concern for our son’s well-being made us feel truly blessed to have her as our nurse. We cannot thank her enough for the comfort and care she provided during our time in the NICU. Jamie is an extraordinary nurse who made a lasting impact on our family!
