From the moment Jamie started taking care of Mom, she has been exceptional! She has shown "service" by caring for not only my Mom but us as well. Making sure we know what's going on with Mom's care and taking the time to explain the plan of care to whoever asked, not making anyone feel if any question was dumb or like she didn't have time for us. Even on the shift she wasn't my Mom's nurse she sought us out to check in on her. Jamie shows "quality" by taking care of Mom's ever changing needs and being in good communication with the Doctors, suctioning when needed, "people" is demonstrated as with "Service". She always explains things to a level understood, not just using big medical terminology. That helped my aunt to understand what her sister was experiencing. "Growth" is shown in addition by taking the time to educate the family as well as the patient. Very knowledgeable and has a good way of explaining things.

Jamie takes the time to be thorough, not cutting corners with care and I really appreciate that care. And always with a smile. Great service deserves to be recognized!
