Jamie is such an angel to our family. Our baby was preterm and has a congenital condition. For the past three weeks, we have been asking for an exemption to let our other children visit their baby sister. Given the visitation restrictions, an exemption has not been able to be granted. Jamie overheard our conversation and was deeply moved, given that our baby will undergo heart surgery in a few days. She offered to ask her manager if someone could grant special permission for visitation. She understands the timing and that this is the perfect moment to come together as a family. This has been an emotional roller coaster. Jamie truly went above and beyond and went through the proper channels. The care she showed us is immeasurable. As a family, we are healing too at home. This is like an early Christmas present to our children. Thank you, Jamie, for being proactive and compassionate.
