My husband was to have his first thoracentesis procedure and was a bit nervous. After the first blood draw, he had to have a second one since the blood had clotted too quickly in the tube before it was checked.

Seeing that it would involve another long wait, Jamie quickly moved him to the waiting room where the procedure would be done. Within minutes, he was called back for it. Jamie sensed his anxiety and acted quickly to remedy the situation. Her pleasant, calm, and cheerful spirit made both of us feel at ease and confident that all would be well. Jamie demonstrated the love and compassion of Christ!
