I want to sincerely recognize Jamie for the incredible care she provided when we first arrived. Coming into the hospital, we were already nervous. Past experiences had left us feeling unwelcome, but Jamie immediately made us feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely welcomed.

Her presence set the tone for a much calmer, reassuring experience. She went above and beyond in every way. She took the time to answer all our questions, carefully noted anything she needed to follow up on, and made sure we understood everything the doctors explained. She even helped us ask for further clarification when needed, always ensuring we felt informed and supported.

Jamie was there during one of our toughest conversations about the cancer markers coming back positive and a little elevated. She was also there during the scheduling of the biopsy and was able to help us stay calm throughout. She worked alongside the doctors to make sure we were heard and that we understood everything being discussed. We really valued her and her presence there; it meant the world to us.

She was organized, punctual, and attentive, keeping track of medications and details without ever missing a beat. She consistently asked if we needed anything, and she treated us with honesty, professionalism, and kindness. Her patience, dedication, and hard work were evident in every interaction. Beyond her technical skills, Jamie is down-to-earth, positive, and understanding.
