Jamie Delauria, RN, BSN

Jamie is my son's nurse when he receives his blood transfusions. She is always pleasant, smiling, and prepared. I enjoy the way she communicates with my son - telling him jokes, laughing, and being silly with him. She always remembers the little things and it puts my son at ease. On those times when he is "difficult," she is patient, takes her time, and never rushes him even if she's busy. She is skilled with her blood draws and IV insertions and is always tentative to his needs. For this reason, I believe she exemplifies what it means to be a DAISY Nurse.
