Jamie came in on a Saturday (her day off) to help a patient who was very concerned and uncomfortable about a recent surgery she had. The patient needed extra education on not just supplies but rather a new life with a new outlook. This patient would no longer be able to take a simple task such as going to the bathroom for granted.
Jamie was caring and showed all involved her dedication to nursing and to the patient. She was extraordinary to the fullest extent! I am proud to work next to her and feel her concern for patients and their families.
