Mom writes that when her young daughter went in for some procedures, her daughter was very scared. Jamie introduced herself and explained everything to her. The young girl asked Jamie if she would stay with her the whole time and Jamie promised and did.
"Jamie acted with confidence and knowledge through a terrifying time for my child. Jamie is truly a caring and outstanding nurse."
