Jamie had three nominations for our first quarter where she was referred to as a "call one time" nurse, very prompt on answering calls and is truly an outstanding nurse. Some of the comments by the patients were that she was very sweet and caring and always went the extra mile; and she doesn't mind showing her emotional, caring and loving side to her patients.
During one patient's hospitalization, their hometown was hit by a tornado that caused an excessive amount of damage. Our town was also under a tornado warning and this patient and their family was so impressed with how Jamie handled them and her other patients and the care and concern she demonstrated. They stated she went above and beyond and that our hospital was truly blessed to have her on staff.
