I was going into surgery and Jaime showed me compassion. Held my hand, patting my arm to relieve my anxiety. I had Jamie for a couple of days. She always came into the room with a big smile. At times she made me feel like I was the only patient she had, always checking in to make sure I was alright. Even stopped by after her shift a few times just to check on me. Most of the team here really worked hard but Jamie stood out, above for me. Really calmed my nerves before my surgeries. Made sure I was comfortable. Thank you, Jamie. Glad you were part of this team. You were always running around and still gave your patients the care they needed - above and beyond. Grandview, you have a great asset in Jamie to your team.
