Whenever I have a question, Jamie finds the answer for me - asking or checking my records. She always seems to be in a good spirit when life says there are bad days. She doesn't show it. Very respectful of my needs, the medical staff, and anyone I have seen her speak with. After my surgery, I called with a question and within a short period of time, I had my answer.
