Jamie Hensel, RN

Jamie made sure we understood my uncle's medical numbers and never rushed us or belittled us for our lack of knowledge. Even after the student nurse answered my question, Jamie came in to make sure we understood and if we had any more questions in which she took her time to explain in laymen's terms. She is an asset and we thank her for her hard work and very caring attitude.

Knowing my grandma was not doing well my entire family was here. Jamie was very attentive, reassuring, helpful and understanding. She brought extra chairs, checked on us. She felt like part of the family. We felt very comfortable knowing Jamie was here. She made us feel at ease.
