Jamie went above and beyond in having a comforting conversation with a patient during a routine call to remind the patient of an upcoming appointment. The patient shared their concern and underlying feelings about the procedure. Jamie took the time to listen to the patient, build a trusting relationship, and encourage the patient not to cancel the scheduled procedure. This nurse even made it a point to be there when the patient was scheduled for the procedure. The patient wrote a glowing letter.
