There was a Veteran who was really struggling with access to care due to advanced COPD. We were able to get him an iPad. Jamie was able to take him to pick up the iPad and he was educated on how to use it and completed the test call. Later she went back to primary care to help the Veteran to make it to x-ray from primary care. She waited with him and then brought him back to his vehicle. This Veteran may not have gotten the care he needed had it not been for Jamie.
