I have had the pleasure of working with Jamie with a super challenging and very particular patient on two occasions. Each time she has been proactive with calling to set up the time to see the patient. She has been encouraging and caring, yet assertive with the patient and her care throughout. This patient is quick to refuse therapy and treatments from both PT and OT, but Jamie is so great at handling this patient and allowing her to guide her session and try walking, exercise, providing patience and compassion while also being assertive and encouraging. Jamie is a wonderful asset in this patient's advancement to her next level of care.
