Jamie takes the time to touch and care for her patients. She is such a bright and shining light in this hospital. No one treats me like she does. She goes out of her way to make patients feel good. She explains what is happening and she is there for me after. I wish I could tell you how much she means to me. A lot. She could teach a class on how to treat old and sick people.
