Jamie has a way of bringing light, love, intention, and care into the room. During a stretch when we as parents felt hopeless and unable to nurture our baby, Jamie was able to help us find our importance as parents. Even though the freezer was overflowing with mom's milk, Jamie suggested that since our baby could again take breast milk, we could leave fresh milk instead of thawing it from the freezer. While the suggestion seems small, Jamie knew that we needed to feel like we were making a difference in our daughter's life. Jamie genuinely cares about our daughter and us as a family. She brings happiness to a room filled with anxiety. She clearly loves her job and we feel in good hands when Jamie is watching her.
