Jamie Lightbody, BSN, RN

Jamie helped me through a rough moment in my life concerning my health. I was falling into a depressed state of things about to come and she sat and listened to me and wanted to know what I felt and my fears. I did tell her and she took a minute and talked with me about why she was giving me my meds and shots and told me a story about her father going through the same series of depression. She made me feel that I was important in a lot of peoples’ lives including hers. It made me cry and understand more that hospital surgeons were one of the best. Every day I think of what she told me, it brings me to tears. I wish more people would be like her that do care. I will never forget her. She brought me through my depression and made me feel I was going to be okay. It made me wish she could make all the patients feel like she made me feel. I want to let her know that she is a very good person and does her job well. She has a good heart. I have heard her doing the same for other patients to help them as well. God bless her.
