Jamie is a DAISY Nurse for so many reasons. I had a procedure that was very unexpected and abrupt. I was so nervous checking in, and this nurse was the first nurse who greeted me. They were timely and kind from the second they walked in. I was so worried and emotional that I almost instantly started crying upon arrival. With barely knowing my name, they immediately asked me to let them know what they could answer big or small, so I could be more comfortable. They spent as much time as I needed answering every question I had. They checked on me often, put my socks on for me, and was so beyond caring. This nurse was so kind and generous with their time. They were prompt with everything including taking me back to the OR, bringing me warm blankets immediately and even discharging me. The care they provided to me before and after the procedure was outstanding. They listened to my extensive medical history, concerns and fears I had and my many, many follow-up questions that made sure were answered by the doctor. They never once made me feel rushed or that any of my concerns were not valid. This nurse was so kind and caring.

You were literally a God-send. I cannot say enough but a deep thank you for your help in assuring me that I would have a successful procedure! I could hug you! Jesus used you that day for such encouragement! But most of all is that you believed in me. You were patient and so attentive to me! I wanted to personally write and say thank you. Keep being you and a light/encouragement to others.
