Jamie Mills, RN, Patient Care Coordinator on the Neurosurgical Unit, was nominated for going above and beyond her patient care responsibilities to give her patient a “Day at the Spa”.

The patient had been hospitalized for over a month and had experienced three surgeries. Jamie washed the patient’s hair, gave her a manicure and a pedicure, and pampered her with lotion and a massage. The family was grateful. The patient enjoyed the pampering and special attention that Jamie provided.
