I recently had a newborn and being two weeks post-partum I had been emotional my first night admitted. The next day, I met Jamie who knew my emotional needs were fragile. She went out of her way to get it approved that my newborn daughter and baby's father may visit. I very much appreciated she had experience with Labor & Delivery and OB patients. I even appreciated the supplies I really needed as far as an electronic breast pump and small feminine hygiene supplies. The experience I had with her was heartwarming and helped me feel safe and my postpartum needs met.
