Jamie Roberts has been outstanding in her support to us as a whole family. My husband has had a shock terminal diagnosis, which very much came out of the blue and traumatized us. Our daughter is in the middle of a university degree, which involves her living away from home, which she has found incredibly difficult. It has affected her concentration levels immensely, and at points, she has wanted to give up. This has proved very upsetting. Jamie suggested she could offer some support by providing letters to the university to explain the situation and how it is affecting our daughter’s ability to complete work on time and to a level she was previously achieving.
