Jamie Schwartzfisher was assigned as my nurse. She introduced herself and asked how I felt. My answer: "Not good." She immediately took the time from her work schedule to sit down and listen to my tale of woe. Her sensitivity was truly a display of gentle compassion. This was the beginning of two days of exceptional, professional caregiving. She even took the time to explain each one of my meds in detail.
I've been a patient a few times in the past and never received such first-class care as during my recent stay. You are indeed fortunate to have a nurse of Jamie's caliber on your caregiver staff. She is surely a DAISY Nurse.
