My husband was transferred from the ED to Observation with A. Fib. He ended up needing to be cardioverted. Jamie was so amazing, helping my husband remain upbeat, informed and at his every call. She was efficient and kind. She made his stay very enjoyable and made him feel as if he was her only patient. We were both very impressed with the care that Jamie provided.
