Jamie is an excellent team player. She often is seen helping her team and assisting with patient needs. She was an early adopter of the Commit to Sit initiative and is often seen sitting at her patient's bedside and holding the patient's hand. She is a great listener and a skilled nurse. Although she is a new RN, she demonstrates our Core Values and consistently demonstrates compassionate care to her patients. Her patients often ask for Jamie to care for them (on her days off)! She has a kindness and gentleness that so often is appreciated by her patients and their family members. Her positive attitude is contagious. Despite the high acuity of patients, Jamie never is heard complaining.
It has been a joy having Jamie as part of our 3 North Team.
