Jamie has done an outstanding job in her role as clinical manager since starting a few months ago. After starting her new role, she quickly learned that the current PCD and CNMs would be transferring out of their positions. Despite this devastating news, Jamie hit the ground running and took the initiative to learn everything she could from her predecessors before they left. By the time I took over covering the NICU, Jamie had already mastered baseline management skills. I was so impressed with how she was single-handedly managing such a large team after only just starting in her role. She taught me so much about the NICU world, and I could not have covered it without her. Jamie is the epitome of a great leader. She is very well respected by her team for her transparency, equality, and transformational leadership. I am honored that I got to work with her so closely over the past few months, and I look forward to watching her continue to grow as a leader for many years to come!
