Jamie is a wonderful nurse. She is knowledgeable and patient with her care. One specific situation was when Jamie found a patient with altered mental status and increased confusion. Jamie pointed this out to the doctors and kept urging for immediate intervention. The patient ended up having severe spinal cord CSF leak. Jamie was the first person who sensed the severity of the situation. Besides this, Jamie is always helpful to other nurses in any situation. She makes us proud.
