Jamilah was so caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took excellent care of my mother. She made my mom feel so much better by showing her kindness and joking with her during the day and attending to her needs. It gives relief to the family, so you don't worry when you have someone like this caring for your loved ones. Thank you! P.S. She is an excellent re-positioner too. She made my mom very comfortable in bed.

Jamilah was very personable and allowed me to calm down with my health situation. While straight forward and to the point, she did that with a caring, demeanor and a smile on her face. She knew I was upset about my daughter and took the time to talk with me in a relatable way. I love her. She shared her heart with me.

My husband was having difficulty breathing needed a CAT scan. He was scheduled for a breathing treatment but did not get the treatment before they came to get him for the scan. He was coughing and panicked and was not able to get the scan. When he came back Jamilah did not stop until she made sure he got the breathing treatment; took him back for the scan and stayed with him through the scan. My husband said she was "fantastic" and that he would have never made it through the scan without her. She has been very attentive and kind throughout her dealings with us. Thank you, Jamilah! You are fantastic!

Jamilah has been taking care of my mother for the past 3 days. There is no comparison when it comes to how well Jamilah does her job. My mother states that she is her guardian angel and she feels as if she is family. Because of the quality nurses here I know quality when I see it. I love me some Jamilah and so does my mom. Please continue to keep my mom in good spirits too. You are definitely a blessed woman. We love Henrico Doctors' Hospital!!! And we love Jamilah.
