Jammie Fetter, BSN, RN

Jammie was a fantastic nurse when my mother was at her worst in the ICU. She took time to talk with us about my mother’s care but also took an interest in her. She talked with my mom about herself. It was really comforting to her when we couldn’t be there, and Mom had been there so long. Jammie even got supplies to remove my mother’s “dip” nail polish, a process that took her quite a while. It was not something she had to do. Jammie knew my mother was uncomfortable and wanted to help. I hope in the future much of the time in the ICU fades from memory, but the kindness and support from Jammie and many other nurses will not be forgotten. Our family cannot say thank you enough. Jammie is a DAISY Nurse for her exceptional care and compassion.
