Jan Isaiah A. Caceres, RN

I am nominating Jan for his willingness to go the extra mile to make a patient happy. I have not worked with him with many patients. However, patient N is always looking for him and requesting his attention. Jan came to Salma on his off day to play PS games with N, even bringing along his own PS to make N happy. N felt very special because he understood that it was Jan’s off, and he was able to play PS, which he otherwise could not. Thank you, Kuya Jan, for going the extra mile to make N happy, giving him a normal, wholesome experience at Salma, being his friend and his name, and truly caring about him beyond a job. The world needs more people like you.
