Jan Mykell N. Arcay, RN

Jan Mykell was absolutely going above and beyond. I came to the hospital with my sister. Her body was refusing any food or intake, but serum is the only thing that has worked. The pain level is 10/10, not exaggerating. I was freaking out about my sister, and my emotions were absolutely high. Mykell, bless him, noticed me not looking well. He approached me and checked on me if everything was okay and if I needed any help, as I seemed stressed. 

I explained to him the situation, and he didn’t resist for a moment to offer his support and assistance in any way he could. The way he was handling my sister, the care and the conversation, even his tone of voice when he was calming me and my sister down, he is such an angel. I absolutely trust him, and I feel safe for my sister to be at Mediclinic because of the first impression I got from Mykell.

I needed a lot of comfort, and I’m not an easy person to calm down when I get in my anxiety cycle. Mykell was doing everything possible with his shining personality and care. I hope nobody gets sick to the point they need emergency care, but if it happens to me, I know now where I always need to go. Thank you, Mykell!
