Jan is an extraordinary nurse. She exemplifies our core values and is a great example to new nurses. She is always putting her whole heart into nursing and the ED. Jan always has a smile, whether it is the first hour of her shift or the 12th hour. Jan is an attribute to the nursing practice following policies to provide appropriate care. She is an excellent preceptor.
