Jan Pipkin was recovering a colonoscopy patient. The patient mentioned her house was still located in the area listed as "do not use water" and that she and her husband had not been able to shower in four days. Colonoscopy prep is not ideal with no showers available. Jan gathered up soap, shampoo, and towels so the patient and her husband could shower before they left. She goes above her regular recovery duties. She has given full bed baths and shaved the male patients that were not able to before surgery. Jan gives outstanding service to our patients.
